KITTEN ADOPTION PROGRAM

Cats are seasonally polyoestrus and so we tend to get kittens between Oct and Feb.  Outside of this time kittens are generally available from breeders.

Our Christmas Miracle Two 1 day old kittens were dropped into our clinic after the mother cat would not feed them.  We put these tiny little kittens with our mother cat at the clinic and she as started feeding them.  It is truely amazing to see this mother cat start feeding (producing milk) to care for some other Queens babies.  The two little kittens now have a chance at life!

The Newtown Veterinary Clinic runs a Kitten Adoption Program.  We take kittens that have been abandoned, orphaned or surrended and find them homes.  We socialize, vaccinate, worm, flea, microchip and desex the kittens.

The cost of the kittens covers our expenses and Advance Food kindly provide a good quality food whilst the kittens are with us.

The cost of a female is $200 and a male kitten is $180
